Responsibilities
- Respond to Inquiries: Provide accurate, timely, and friendly responses to customer questions via live chat channels.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues or product-related inquiries using standard operating procedures.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure every interaction results in a positive customer experience and a successful resolution.
- Documentation: Log customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately into our CRM software.
- Feedback Loop: Communicate common customer feedback and product concerns to the product and management teams.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the wider support team to maintain knowledge base accuracy.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience in customer service, technical support, or chat support is highly desirable.
- Skills: Excellent typing speed (minimum 40 WPM) and proficiency with computers and MS Office Suite.
- Communication: Superior written English skills with the ability to sound professional and empathetic in text form.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings, as required.
- Reliability: Stable internet connection and a quiet home office environment.
