Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism
- Resolve billing, technical, and account-related issues using CRM tools
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce while maintaining data integrity
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues efficiently
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (CSAT, FCR, AHT) through quality service
- Identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer retention
- Participate in weekly coaching sessions for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in dynamic settings
- Available 20-25 hours/week (evenings/weekends required)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) certification a plus
