- Process orders, returns, and exchanges using Salesforce CRM
- Document interactions and update customer profiles in real-time
- Collaborate with billing and logistics teams for complex issues
- Maintain detailed knowledge of product catalog and service policies
- Identify upsell opportunities during customer interactions
- Meet daily performance metrics (20+ cases/day)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce a plus)
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) and multitasking ability
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
- Available 3-5 days/week including weekends
- Reliable high-speed internet for remote work
