Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual who can manage high-volume inquiries while maintaining a positive and empathetic tone. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints by investigating problems and providing effective solutions.
- Process orders, returns, and refunds accurately using our CRM software.
- Update customer information and maintain accurate records in the database.
- Escalate complex issues to the supervisor or technical team when necessary.
- Provide product and service information to customers to help them make informed decisions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or customer service experience is preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or retail environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
