Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency
- Resolve billing, product, and service issues using CRM systems and company resources
- Document all interactions accurately in our customer database for quality assurance
- Collaborate with team members to address complex customer escalations
- Meet performance metrics including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities for relevant products/services
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- 6+ months of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
- Reliable transportation for occasional on-site meetings
- Availability to work evenings and weekends (20-25 hours/week)
