Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional efficiency
- Resolve billing, product, and service issues using proprietary CRM systems
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce while maintaining data integrity
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues seamlessly
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT and resolution time
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives through team feedback
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework a plus
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience (call center preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills in English
