Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and resolve customer inquiries within SLA targets
- Document interactions accurately in CRM system with attention to detail
- Collaborate with team to address complex issues and improve processes
- Multi-task across digital channels (phone, email, chat) simultaneously
- Identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer relationships
- Adhere to compliance protocols and data security standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to work 20-30 hours weekly (evening/weekend shifts available)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Positive attitude and resilience under pressure
