Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on empathy and efficiency.
- Resolve product and service issues by clarifying the customer's request and troubleshooting the problem.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account information in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
- Provide product information, process returns, and handle billing inquiries as needed.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate supervisor or department.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for enthusiastic candidates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional tone.
- Proficient in using computer systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
