- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve product/service issues using CRM tools and established protocols
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately while maintaining documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer concerns
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT scores and resolution times
- Identify and report trends in customer feedback to improve service quality
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in call center or retail environment
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic typing skills (35+ WPM) and comfort with multitasking
