Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95% first-contact resolution
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges using Salesforce CRM system
- Document all interactions in compliance with HIPAA and PCI-DSS standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
- Identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer value
- Maintain average handle time of 8 minutes or less
- Participate in bi-weekly coaching sessions for performance growth
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years experience in customer service or call center environment
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Available to work evenings/weekends (20-30 hours/week)
- Fluency in English and Spanish (bilingual candidates highly valued)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Must have reliable internet connection for remote work
