Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction scores.
- Process orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately using our CRM system.
- Provide detailed product and service information to help customers make informed decisions.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in the internal database.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolutions.
- Assist with general administrative tasks and data entry as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; prior customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient, empathetic approach.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer navigation.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and available to work a flexible part-time schedule, including some weekends or evenings.
