Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries and complaints by identifying the root cause and providing effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions in our CRM database.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all customer communications reflect our premium service standards.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
