Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently by identifying the root cause and providing accurate solutions.
- Accurately record all customer interactions, account details, and transaction histories in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with internal departments to escalate complex issues and ensure comprehensive follow-up.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, policy changes, and industry trends to provide informed assistance.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services while adhering to company guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and empathy.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
