Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls and emails with a focus on quality and speed.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries by investigating problems and developing solutions.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account information in the CRM system.
- Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell products or services based on customer needs.
- Collaborate with the support team to improve processes and share best practices.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college is preferred.
- Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and professional telephone manner.
