Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Resolve complex issues by identifying customer needs and providing accurate information regarding products and services.
- Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM database and ensure all interactions are documented thoroughly.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Technical Support) to escalate issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Process transactions and manage returns efficiently while adhering to company policies and compliance standards.
- Build rapport with customers to foster long-term loyalty and trust in the brand.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with a professional and polite demeanor.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
