- Process customer orders, changes, and cancellations accurately.
- Build rapport with customers to ensure retention and loyalty.
- Update customer records in our CRM system after every interaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Proficient in using computers and basic software applications.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation is a plus for on-site shifts.
