Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on first-call resolution.
- Resolve product and service issues by clarifying the customer's request and troubleshooting the problem.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and other transactions while maintaining accurate records.
- Provide accurate product and service information to customers and identify their needs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM software.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings if required.
