Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and navigating our software platform.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations with patience and empathy to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Collaborate with the technical team to identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
- Provide product information and guidance to help customers make informed decisions.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude during high-volume periods.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old and currently enrolled in high school or college.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (40+ wpm).
