Responsibilities
- Manage Inbound & Outbound Calls: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding products and services.
- Provide Exceptional Support: Resolve customer issues and complaints with patience, empathy, and efficiency.
- Process Transactions: Accurately handle order processing, returns, and account updates.
- Document Interactions: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions within the CRM system.
- Follow Procedures: Adhere to company call scripts and quality assurance guidelines while maintaining a natural tone.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and support teams to improve service quality.
Qualifications
- Internet & Hardware: High-speed internet (minimum 25 Mbps) and a reliable computer/laptop.
- Workspace: A quiet, professional environment free from background noise.
- Experience: Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred but not required.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with a clear speaking voice.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Residency: Must be a legal resident of the United States.
