Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end architectural design for the Enterprise Platform 2026, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Define technical standards, coding guidelines, and best practices for the engineering organization.
- Oversee the migration strategy and integration of legacy systems into the new 2026 ecosystem.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering leads to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architecture walkthroughs to ensure quality and performance.
- Drive innovation by researching emerging technologies and evaluating their potential for the 2026 roadmap.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Expert knowledge of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven track record of delivering complex enterprise-level products on time and within budget.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Go.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
