Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous call center or customer service experience is highly preferred.
- Must have a dedicated home office space with a reliable, high-speed internet connection.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong verbal communication skills and a clear phone voice.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
