Your Day-to-Day
As a Chat Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. Your mission is to resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a friendly and professional tone. You will use our CRM tools to track interactions and ensure every customer feels heard and valued.
Responsibilities
- Manage Inquiries: Respond to customer questions and technical issues via live chat with a response time under 2 minutes.
- Troubleshoot Issues: Diagnose and resolve product or service-related problems using your technical knowledge and resources.
- Documentation: Accurately document all customer interactions, including solutions provided and follow-up actions required.
- Feedback Loop: Communicate common customer issues and feature requests to the product team to help drive improvements.
- Training: Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on new products, policies, and software updates.
- Quality Assurance: Meet or exceed KPIs regarding customer satisfaction scores (CSAT) and average handle time (AHT).
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, technical support, or chat-based support roles.
- Communication: Superior written communication skills with a strong command of the English language and a professional tone.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using computers, CRM software, and multiple browser tabs simultaneously.
- Typing Speed: Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Location: Must reside within the United States (specifically Denver, CO area for compliance).
