Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls and digital communications with professionalism
- Resolve billing, scheduling, and service inquiries for healthcare clients
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining HIPAA compliance
- Collaborate with support teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Meet/exceed quality and productivity metrics (e.g., CSAT, AHT)
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experiences
- Participate in ongoing training and process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience in healthcare/benefits preferred
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office space
- Ability to work independently while collaborating virtually
- Flexibility to work weekends (Sat-Sun 8am-5pm PST)
