Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve product/service issues using knowledge bases and CRM tools while meeting SLAs
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain detailed case notes
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex escalations
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities and cross-sell relevant solutions
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and communication skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service or call center experience
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced virtual environments
