Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Resolve billing, technical, and product-related issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems and follow escalation protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer concerns
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience workflows
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics for resolution times and CSAT
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a remote or hybrid environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with professional demeanor
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office setup
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
