Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account information
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT, FCR, and AHT targets
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer experiences
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience in remote or hybrid environments
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills with clear articulation
- Type 45+ WPM with strong attention to detail
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office setup
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Virginia Beach residency required for local support coordination
