Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues with empathy and efficiency
- Update CRM records and maintain detailed transaction logs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex escalations
- Meet/exceed KPIs for customer satisfaction and resolution times
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve service workflows
- Participate in ongoing training to master product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years of customer service experience in remote or hybrid roles
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Type 40+ WPM with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a home office environment
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet workspace
- Flexible availability including evenings/weekends as needed
