Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues using CRM systems (Salesforce/Zendesk)
- Document interactions accurately in real-time while maintaining SLA standards
- Collaborate with technical support teams to resolve complex escalations
- Identify upsell opportunities and cross-reference product solutions
- Participate in weekly coaching sessions and performance reviews
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience in B2B or B2C environments
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk, or HubSpot)
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills with neutral accent
- High-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps)
- Quiet, dedicated home office space
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
