Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume incoming inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Analyze customer issues and provide accurate, timely solutions or escalate to senior leadership when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions in our CRM database.
- Build rapport with clients, ensuring a positive and professional brand experience.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services that align with customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Technical Support) to resolve complex account issues.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and weekly training sessions to stay updated on product changes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Must reside in the Greater Boston, MA area.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with high self-discipline.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
