Responsibilities
- Handle Customer Inquiries: Provide exceptional support via phone, email, and live chat to resolve product issues and answer questions.
- Issue Resolution: Diagnose technical or product-related problems and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Account Management: Maintain accurate customer records in CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk) and update account information.
- Customer Satisfaction: Go above and beyond to ensure a positive customer experience and handle complaints with empathy.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and technical teams to escalate complex issues and share feedback.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or technical support.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Technical Setup: Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, dedicated workspace at home.
