Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, and questions efficiently using established protocols.
- Document all customer interactions and account updates accurately in the CRM system.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase customer lifetime value.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to resolve complex escalations.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information.
- Adhere to company policies and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or call center environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in using computers and navigating various software applications (CRM experience is a plus).
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
