Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Resolve billing, technical, and service-related issues to first-contact resolution
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining HIPAA compliance
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer escalations
- Meet/exceed key performance metrics including CSAT and handle time
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities for additional services
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in healthcare/utilities sector
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office Suite
- Type 40+ WPM with strong attention to detail
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office space
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Must pass background check and drug screening
