Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Resolve complex customer issues by identifying root causes and providing effective, timely solutions.
- Document all interactions accurately and comprehensively in our CRM system.
- Escalate unresolved issues to upper management or technical teams promptly to ensure continuity.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information.
- Build rapport with customers to ensure long-term loyalty and repeat business.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is a strong plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity, tone, and empathy.
- Proficiency with computers and CRM software (training provided for the right candidate).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and high attention to detail.
- Must reside within the United States (specifically Nebraska).
