Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to drive sales.
- Collaborate with the internal team to improve support processes and customer satisfaction scores.
- Stay updated on product features, pricing, and policy changes to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, support, or call center environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong typing skills and proficiency with computers and CRM software.
