- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, and live chat with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues efficiently while maintaining a high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score.
- Accurately document all customer interactions, account details, and resolutions in our CRM database.
- Provide detailed product information and troubleshoot service requests.
- Collaborate with team leads and cross-functional departments to escalate complex issues appropriately.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on customer needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, call center, or retail environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on empathy and clarity.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities.
