Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ customer inquiries daily via real-time chat
- Resolve technical issues and product questions efficiently
- Maintain detailed ticket documentation in CRM systems
- Collaborate with escalation teams for complex issues
- Adhere to SLAs with 95%+ customer satisfaction targets
- Participate in weekly performance reviews
- Identify process improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer service experience
- 60+ WPM typing accuracy
- Proficiency with Zendesk/Salesforce platforms
- Available to work 11 PM - 7 AM CT shifts
- Quiet, dedicated home workspace
- High-speed internet (minimum 50 Mbps)
- Experience with remote work tools
- Spanish bilingual preferred
