Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account information accurately and efficiently.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges using our CRM software and internal systems.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the company database.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate management or technical team.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding current promotions, product features, and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience preferred (call center experience highly valued).
- Must have a quiet, dedicated workspace and a reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Proficient in using computers and navigating web browsers.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
