Key Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Strategy: Lead the strategic roadmap for AI capabilities, identifying emerging trends in NLP, Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning to build competitive advantages.
- System Architecture Design: Design and implement high-throughput, low-latency distributed machine learning systems capable of processing petabytes of real-time data.
- Model Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full ML lifecycle, from prototype to deployment, ensuring model performance, drift detection, and continuous retraining strategies.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product teams, data scientists, and engineers to translate complex AI concepts into tangible business solutions.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years dedicated to advanced AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure). Experience with MLOps platforms is essential.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps and leading teams through complex architectural transitions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
