Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, secure AI infrastructure capable of handling next-generation workloads and the demands of 2026.
- R&D Strategy: Lead research initiatives to explore emerging AI paradigms, including Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- System Optimization: Oversee the optimization of training pipelines and model inference to reduce latency and improve cost-efficiency.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to ethical guidelines, data privacy regulations, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior architect or lead role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with MLOps platforms (e.g., Kubeflow, AWS SageMaker, Google AI Platform).
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of neural network architectures, distributed computing, and high-performance computing (HPC).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges in production environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
