Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and deploy scalable, robust, and efficient artificial intelligence models designed for the 2026 era.
- Research & Development: Lead research initiatives in Large Language Models (LLMs), transformers, and reinforcement learning to push the boundaries of what is possible.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate complex AI concepts into actionable roadmaps.
- Infrastructure Optimization: Oversee the deployment of AI models on cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and low latency.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Ensure all deployed systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines, bias mitigation protocols, and safety standards.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of deep learning architectures, neural networks, and natural language processing (NLP).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex projects on time.
