Role Overview
You will lead the technical strategy for our flagship AI initiatives. You won't just write code; you will define the architectural blueprints for scalable, ethical, and high-performance artificial intelligence systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of complex AI and machine learning systems.
- Define the technical roadmap and architectural standards for the 'Nexus 2026' platform.
- Mentor a high-performing team of data scientists and software engineers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and compliance with global data regulations.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating and integrating emerging technologies.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and technical architecture assessments.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Proven experience leading engineering teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
