Responsibilities
- Architect the Future: Design and implement high-performance, distributed quantum-AI hybrid architectures that scale to petabyte-level data processing.
- Lead Innovation: Spearhead research and development initiatives focusing on next-gen algorithms and quantum error correction techniques.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of elite engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment of machine learning models into production environments, ensuring real-time latency and accuracy.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies for executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI or Quantum Computing.
- Experience: 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture or Quantum Computing.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, C++, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and familiarity with Qiskit or Cirq.
- Cloud Mastery: Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to architect solutions for high-concurrency, high-availability systems.
