Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term AI and Machine Learning strategy for 2026 and beyond, aligning technical goals with business objectives.
- Lead R&D initiatives to explore emerging technologies such as Quantum AI, Generative Models, and Neural Interfaces.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance AI systems that can handle petabyte-scale data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Executive leadership to drive product innovation.
- Mentor and develop a team of world-class engineers and data scientists.
- Conduct technical due diligence for strategic acquisitions and partnerships.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML architecture, or a related technical field.
- Advanced degree (PhD preferred) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a relevant technical discipline.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from concept to deployment.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
