Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of next-generation Generative AI and Agentic Workflow solutions for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Define and enforce ethical guidelines and safety protocols for Large Language Models (LLMs) in production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into core business platforms.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging AI trends to keep the organization at the forefront of innovation.
- Oversee the deployment of scalable machine learning infrastructure on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Mentor junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering or data science, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Proven expertise in designing and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI frameworks.
- Deep understanding of machine learning principles, neural networks, and natural language processing.
- Strong experience with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native technologies.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
