- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced AI models into core product ecosystems.
- Establish comprehensive ethical guidelines and safety protocols for autonomous systems.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging tech trends (e.g., quantum AI, neural interfaces) to inform product roadmaps.
- Mentor a team of world-class engineers and researchers to foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, AI research, or a related technical field.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a highly relevant technical discipline.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale AI products from concept to market launch.
- Deep expertise in Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Computer Vision.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring high-performing engineering teams.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
