Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the end-to-end development of the Project 2026 ecosystem.
- Define and enforce technical standards, coding guidelines, and best practices for the engineering team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability under high load.
- Drive innovation by researching and implementing emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 roadmap.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and full-stack development.
- Deep expertise in the 2026 technology stack (Rust, Go, WebAssembly, and distributed databases).
- Proven experience designing scalable cloud-native architectures on AWS or Azure.
- Strong proficiency in system design patterns, microservices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
