In this role, you will bridge the gap between design and engineering, ensuring our products are not only visually stunning but also technically superior and scalable.
Responsibilities
- Lead Frontend Architecture: Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and high-performance React applications using modern best practices.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability, focusing on SEO and Core Web Vitals.
- Component Development: Create reusable, accessible, and responsive UI components using React, TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks.
- Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers and backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure a cohesive product vision.
- Code Quality: Write clean, well-documented code and conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Agile Leadership: Participate in agile ceremonies, contribute to sprint planning, and mentor junior developers.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years specifically in React.js and the modern JavaScript ecosystem.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in TypeScript, Redux, and GraphQL. Experience with Next.js or other server-side rendering frameworks is a plus.
- Styling: Strong command of CSS3, SASS, and modern styling techniques (Flexbox, Grid, Tailwind CSS).
- Testing: Experience with unit testing and end-to-end testing (Jest, Cypress, or RTL).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
