Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve complex customer inquiries using CRM systems and knowledge bases
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain data integrity
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve escalated issues
- Meet/exceed key performance metrics (CSAT, AHT, FCR)
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience in a call center environment
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced, high-stress situations
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Available to work flexible shifts including weekends
