Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls for healthcare clients with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve complex billing and insurance inquiries using Salesforce CRM
- Maintain detailed call documentation and compliance with HIPAA standards
- Collaborate with medical teams to coordinate patient care logistics
- Meet/exceed monthly KPIs for call quality and resolution rates
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives through team feedback
Qualifications
- 2+ years of high-volume call center experience in healthcare or B2B
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar CRM platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to de-escalate sensitive situations
- Excellent typing speed (45+ WPM) and multitasking ability
- HS diploma or equivalent; healthcare certification a plus
- Fluent in English; Spanish bilingual preferred
- Available for flexible shifts including weekends
