Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries using Salesforce and Zendesk platforms
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Meet/exceed quality and efficiency metrics (35+ calls/day)
- Collaborate with technical teams for complex issue escalation
- Participate in quarterly training programs
- Maintain 95% customer satisfaction score
Qualifications
- 2+ years call center or customer service experience
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Excellent active listening and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to type 40+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual (Spanish) certification a plus
- Experience with SaaS products
